Ports of Call Information

Cozumel, Mexico

Cozumel is known for her soft white sand beaches and the clearest sapphire-coloured waters in the world. It is one of the most beautiful scuba diving areas in the world. Cozumel has become an underwater marine park to protect the delicate balance of it's dazzling coral reefs & abundant variety of tropical fish. The underwater wildlife is absolutely amazing here and due to the clarity of the water, you do not have to be a diver to enjoy it. It is Mexico's largest island, just nestled 12 miles off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Blanketed with lush, tropical vegetation, the Island of Cozumel is the gateway to ancient Mayan ruins dating back to 300 AD.

Roatan, Honduras

Roatan is the largest of Honduras' Bay Islands with small towns and fishing villages built along the water's edge. Its beauty competes with the most important islands around the world. Roatan is a long island, measuring almost 40 miles in length and with a total landmass of 49 square miles. The island has a mountainous backbone and is totally surrounded by coral reefs. Explore her off-shore coral reefs inhabited by brilliantly colored fish and multicolored aquatic gardens.

Belize City, Belize

Belize City is no longer the nation's capital, but it is still the largest city in Belize. It offers the visitor an unusual combination of rustic, old-fashioned Caribbean charm and bustling modernity. A branch of the Old Belize River divides Belize City in two and provides easy access to outlying islands; and twice a day, the city's swing bridge closes to allow sail boats to pass. Belize City itself originated as a logging camp and export center for mahogany in the 1600's. Naturally, because it is the country's largest urban area, one finds all cultural types and mixtures in the city.
