I'm Ready For My Close Up, Mr DeMille!
UFMCC Celebrates 40th Anniversary — we will be doing a group video after the service on August 3. UFMCC is putting together a 40th Anniversary video, and we will send ours to them for inclusion into their production. By attending this photo opportunity, you are agreeing to let us use your mug shot worldwide. This is a great opportunity for us to show our support for UFMCC. So if you don’t mind being in a group video, we'll see you on the front steps of the sanctuary after our service. Thanks for your support!

Board of Trustees
~ Do you enjoy working in your yard or garden? God’s yard and fountain garden at Holy Cross MCC needs your help. Anyone who wishes to assist with grounds keeping or any other BOT function is welcome. Please contact Larry Hauffe or email the BOT. They will be glad to have your help. If you have a riding lawn mower you would like to donate to the church, that would make the job much easier.
~ As the Fall Festival approaches, we want to show off our church and grounds in all of its splendor and glory. Work will be starting soon to get the children’s play area and the fountain garden ready for the festival.
~ Please help us keep God's lawn beautiful, by not parking on the grass beneath the tall pine trees near the driveway entrance at the front of our property. We are asking that no one park there and instead use the designated parking areas at the front of the building or in the rear by the warehouse.
Bicycle Club

We're rollin' again! Join us on Saturday, July 26 between 7:30 am and 8:00 am for a bicycle ride and a picnic. We will meet at Fort Pickens Park where the road to Fort Pickens is blocked. We will fellowship with a cook out/lunch after the ride and possibly a swim in the gulf. If you are interested, email Larry Hines or call him at (850) 479-3460.
Excel of the Sand Dollar

~ Pastor Sandy's Sabbatical Plan
Pastor Sandy has started her sabbatical, and she left us with a wonderful worship schedule. Visit our Worship web page to see what God has lined up for us.
~ Prayer Box
Do you have a prayer request you would like to keep confidential? The Prayer Ministry is providing a Prayer Box for you to use for those requests that are not voiced. Your requests do not have to be verbal in order to go up. The next time you have a silent prayer request; place your request in the Prayer Box before or after the service. The box will be located in the foyer at those times and placed at the alter during the service. ALL prayer requests are kept confidential by the Prayer Minister.
Fellowship Ministry
This ministry would like your help. We need people to bring food, snacks, and goodies for Sunday!! Don't have time to make or purchase anything? Give a donation. Your generosity is always appreciated! Sign up to bring refreshments for any Sunday or email us.

Care Ministry
~ Feed the Lambs
Our food pantry is very low and needs your help to feed the homeless and those in our community who have an emergency need. Bring your non-perishable items for the food pantry to help our neighbors in need. Many who are homeless are looking for ready-to-eat foods such as Beanie Weenies, canned tuna, Vienna sausages, cheese and crackers, canned fruits, and other open-and-eat meals. Your generosity is always appreciated!
~ Recycling Project
Holy Cross MCC wants your recyclable items, excluding glass and styrofoam. You may bring cardboard that is flattened, aluminum, rinsed out soup/vegetable cans, and plastic bottles. There is a blue recycling bin on the left side as you enter the gate where you can drop off your items. You do not need to sort them. Thank you in advance for your efforts to help make our planet green. If you have any questions, see or email Miriam.
~ Food Assistance
Need food assistance? You can apply on-line at Lifeline Outreach International under the "Community" section where you will find the "Forms" area. Better yet, click here.
